I’m Bhavna, a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) from Mumbai, India, and yoga has been a part of my life since childhood. My heart is deeply committed to making yoga a welcoming and transformative experience for everyone, regardless of where they are on their journey. Whether you're taking your first steps onto the mat or seeking to deepen your practice, I’m here to support you.
My approach is a blend of asanas, pranayama, meditation, and mindfulness, designed to help you find strength, flexibility, and peace—both inside and out.
